Patients can take Kaishore Guggulu powder in a dose of 500 mg to 1 gram two times a day. Alternatively, they can take 2 to 4 tablets of Kaishore Guggulu twice a day. The maximum recommended dosage of this medicine is 3 grams per day.
Patients are advised to avoid eating fatty and spicy foods during treatment with Kaishore Guggulu. They should also avoid strenuous physical exercise. Excessive consumption of alcohol and sun exposure must be avoided.
